Detective spru is working as a cop in Australia, on one day he accidentally discovers a video cassette containing a hidden camera footage in his office. It depicts a story of a shoplifting teenager, having sex with a fellow officer. The scene is therefore followed by a hot cross–border pursuit that is in search of the filthy perverts.
